show Abstracthide AbstractThe Lactic Acid Bacteria was evaluated in vitro and in silico to assess its potential as probiotic strains. In vitro analysis evaluated the stress-tolerance profile, safety aspects, and the production of antimicrobial compounds. In silico analysis screened genes required for bacterial colonization in the gastrointestinal tract as well as the synthesis of beneficial compounds for human health. In addition, the presence of virulence and mobile genetic element-associates gene were evaluated.
